South is the best, for me at least. French Riviera is awesome...And Paris...We'll always have Paris

I’m a big fan of the Alps. A weeks biking in Les Arc is always fun. But of course We will always have Paris.

 

Ok. Will try and find space in my brain for it.

 

They're the youngest mountains in Europe but so nice. And I really love the lavender fields across France .

 

I’ve never experienced these fields. What time of year are they in flower and what areas ?

 

June to August, in Provence. You should if you can, it's awesome.

I'll try to do my best, but it helps if I know what do you like most.

 

Its not about what i like its about what you think i should be reading, or better still what you think i might like. It's about sharing what you like or interests you with other people.

When I cook, I cook what I like to cook because i like cooking and eating good food. I don't pander to fussy guests. If they don't like it then tough, they don't have to eat it. I do in general have enough of a mix to cater for most tastes but thats not my aim. I will occasionally cook a particular dish because i know someone likes it but i will never not cook a dish because someone does not.

 

So...you need a cooking book, I'll try to find one for you I understand what you mean. Feel free to ask if you're interested in something you see around, something I said or you're interested in, I don't mind as long as they're not too personally.
