Its not about what i like its about what you think i should be reading, or better still what you think i might like. It's about sharing what you like or interests you with other people.

When I cook, I cook what I like to cook because i like cooking and eating good food. I don't pander to fussy guests. If they don't like it then tough, they don't have to eat it. I do in general have enough of a mix to cater for most tastes but thats not my aim. I will occasionally cook a particular dish because i know someone likes it but i will never not cook a dish because someone does not.
