Confession- I keep a polo shirt on a hook in my office for virtual meetings. I’ve been wearing the same shirt now for over a week and no one has noticed/said anything. I take it back of and hang it up after the meeting, lol.

PS- I’ve had nothing but boxers and this polo on for meetings with the CEO and CFO because I was running late

Not going to lie it wasnt easy by any means to teach myself that. Took a couple years to fully learn to control myself. It was definitely worth the hard work..pun intended. The biggest key is learning your climax limitations and how to avoid them.
