No. That's asking for similar trouble as with mishandling leftovers. If there's old food remains on re-used foil, it might grow bacteria and contaminate new food. Bad idea, especially so with non-dry foods.

Not anymore. Them fucking seeds start sprouting in spring and birds make a HUGE MESS. I dont know where to reliably get sterilized feeder seeds.
