Error Error 500

I used incognito to create my account and when I verified my email it took me to vanilla chrome and when I closed that tab and returned to my incognito tab and refreshed I now get error 500 when I try to chat I don’t use vpn and have tried chrome and safari

I just use incognito to keep it hidden I was just wondering if that was the problem or what error 500 is

There's a conflict with your login and previously recorded login. Using that mode could have very well been the problem.

I had before but I got rid of it and wanted to start over since many of the friends I made on there stopped getting on

I am getting the 500 error. I was using my phone but then I had to hotspot on my laptop. Since hotspotting I can not log in at all. Can a staff member assist please?
