Error trying to change pfp

yes logged off and on, cleared cache and cookies

Been trying to change my profile picture (image attached) only to get an error message (screenshot attached).
It seems to be specific to this one picture. I successfully changed it to something this morning but no dice with the one I actually want to set as my pfp.
Idk if it's triggering some filter or something?
Anyways not a big deal just mildly annoying and not sure why it's happening.

Um so I guess I cannot add the image I want to use here either??
It's just my lips/lower face with crossed middle fingers itll let me upload one with them on my cheeks instead, just not the one with them crossed in front of my chin...

Update: it let me upload an edited version of the screenshot. So nevermind on the tech support, although am still curious what the issue may have been?

I have the same issue except it won’t upload any image I attempt with. It’s not a picture of me, just images from the internet. This happens with mobile or laptop devices. Even different browsers. Any tips?

Edit: I tried attaching the error message I get but it won’t load? It says the same thing chaotic posted earlier.
