Favourite cupcake flavour

Hello everyone.

Simple one, name your favourite cupcake flavour, you can add style and toppings too.

Mine has to be (after much thought) a plain sponge with real banana chunks and milk chocolate chips in it. Plain buttercream icing to top it off.

Gosh I'm going to be known as the cupcake lady (Giggle if I'm not already!)

LoL! This isn’t fair seeing how I make cakes for a living haha! I am a fan of red velvet or a killer carrot cake myself with Cream cheese icing!

 

So we already have a cupcake lady!!

 

Custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies...you name it I can bake it lol I also have my nursing degree lol

Cheese

 

Butterfly cupcakes my mum used to make. Vanilla sponge with a centre hole cut out, put a drop of strawberry jam and a dollop of cream in the hole, then cut the hole you cut out in two and add it back as wings and sprinkle with coloured sherbert. (Wonder if I ask Mum nicely she will make me some of these?)

 

Chocolate sponge with molten ganach inside. Topped with duchess de Leche butter cream frosting and sea salt

 

Red velvet cupcake with whipped cream cheese frosting with a dab of chocolate whipped cream

 

Mmmm....Rum cake batter with orange or cream cheese frosting...Ymmmm...

 

My favorite flavor of cupcakes is a little something I like to call "pretty much all of them."

Someone said mine. So I just gotta agree. Red velvet cream cheese icing .

 

As a matter of fact if it wouldn't kill me I could eat red velvet cake / cupcakes every week!
