Your previous posts were replied to and a potential solution was suggested. Spam and scam targeting tactics will not be discussed for obvious reasons.

As such, FCN will maintain integrity and control access however FCN, as a private entity, sees fit. Operations of protecting the broader userbase may, time to time, interfere with access for a small number of users. Live chat in this capacity is a unique animal and requires unique solutions.
Website is free to use and access control is discussed in the TOU in broad terms.
Contrary to a typical argument, these efforts are actually helping the Website grow.

Thank you for your reply but I didnt see a reply stating what potential solution I could take so feel free to repost for future reference. And as to the inbox comment I would assume that would be a suitable means of communication between admin and users. And as for being a registered user I can only assume I would have a unique identifier which would differentiate from known spam/scam operators

Inbox would be an absolutely unsuitable means of communicating such things. Bans can run into hundreds daily for anywhere from silly violations to automated spam removal. All appeals go through the forum.
There aren't enough moderators and this thread is an example why we can't have public ban appeals or direct, inbox ban appeals. Nobody has time to go back and forth while it's often impossible to explain why things are the way they are. All moderators are volunteers.

Again thanks but just stating there are a lot of people in the same boat all asking the same question, with daily banning muting and appealing not only through the ban appeal process but the contact us section, simple recognition of a glitch in the system may alleviate some users concerns. I have been a registered user for a number of years through 2 profiles and havent needed to notice that this is occurring, but as circumstances have shown I am not alone and everyone affected is asking the same question. I wouldnt expect mods to answer as I am quite aware of the workloads having had a few in my friends listHowever auto banning could also include auto messaging when an issue such as this has been flagged. Anyway...it appears not much can be done about it so the status quo will continue until Ive had enough and move on
Having been banned for spam after posting a single image, i have to say.
FCN either NEEDS to get more mods and go through appeals and such at a faster rate.
or if thats too much then fix the bot that keeps banning people for reasons like this.
you need to either increase your work rate or decrease the bots bans. people who spam are still on the site and people who don't spam are getting banned for spam then told by the forum
"you cant discuss this there is nothing you can do, just wait" but then get ghosted when they ask "for how long?"
this needs to be fixed or addressed soon.

this wouldn't even be a real problem for me if they just told me how long a ban was tbh but they refuse at all cost to tell anyone anything ever.
ive seen people send 5 gifs in a second and been fine a minute later so i know the bot is not working as it should or at least not optimally, yeah i believe if you are not one of the top 10 you wont get much help beyond "this doesnt belong here now file an appeal" like man i did that over a week ago and i will be banned again as soon as i post anything when i get back at this rate.
i hope your situation gets better and you can actually do stuff.
if its not an IP ban then yeah they can do that and its sorted but if its IP then it wont matter but yeah its stupid how when you try to go the way the site tells you too by appealing it takes forever and then you get banned again after anyway any people act like you did something wrong again. but if you just change a letter then boom back on. i can only hope this situation gets resolved or at least we get unbanned and not immediately banned again after.
