FCN website not opening

Dear Mods/Admins,

I'm trying to open FCN from my home wifi, but it throws a 525 SSL handshake error. Is there any service blockage in India that needs to be worked on?
Please do the needful ASAP, I've attached the response from the web server for your reference.
