Im justvsaying that there are many components to this topic... diet. Sleep. Excersize. Vascular health. Mentallity all play a part... the body is symphonic, a gorgeous orchestration and when all components are in tune... music happens.

In general. Non meat eaters will have better or should i say cleaner veins thus getting better flow to important parts. That said i know a couple vegans that look pasty and unhealthy. One bragging that its been years since shes had an orgasm and she doesnt miss them...

Find a partner and experiment...

I would say for maintaining a sex life you want to use something like a turnip or a pumpkin. I've tried melons, soft fruits and various pastries etc before but after a couple of goes they turn to mush and you have to bin them, although maybe I'm being to rough with them? The turnip I have carved out at the minute has been going for three weeks now and I've discovered that freezing them prolongs the life expectancy!

Also, I heard that pineapple juice was supposed to make you taste better but I've drunk gallons of the stuff in recent weeks and I haven't noticed any difference, it still tastes the same to me!

@Alexa79 asked about playing with food, is this something you'd be interested in as a few here have been chatting about fun with cheesecake in recent days, which actually got me rather excited!! You haven't heard of the "cheesecake armpit squish" have you by any chance?? I picked it up on the threads and it sounds hawwwwt, top tip though - stay out of the armpit thread, its particularly gross!! Unless your into that?!

Look up on the net. There's lots of info. Men here might be able to provide you with first hand, tested info.

Off the top of my head:
- Bananas for the magnesium
- Tomatoes and watermelon for the lycopene
- Keep your diet more neutral and alkaline than acidic, and keep hydrated. Those affect the taste of cum.

For sexual health;
- if you active with non-committed partners, then get regular STD checks.

There are also supplements (natural ones) that maintain body health, which in turn, affects sexual health. There are also general natural performance enhancers. You can find a panoply of info about that online.

Working out has a direct correlation to one's sex life, especially weight lifting. Cardio helps with stamina. Exercise causes individuals to feel better about their looks and feel more at ease in the skin, and again, that makes one more comfortable during sex.

In essence, anything that contributes to your overall health (omega 3 foods, healthy fatty foods such as avocado and nuts) will have a positive effect on your sex life.

As an aside, in continuation to @Alexa79's and @theoriginalnumber8's posts, some of the funny statements are actually not too off from the truth. I was talking to my hubby about the now-famous armpit-cheesecake squishing post, how the armpit-fetish guy was turnesd on, and we then segued into talking about food porn. Not food porn as in deliciously arranged, compeling foods. But actual porn with food involved. There are women who cam and show themselves squishing / rubbing foods on themselves, rolling around in them, and they get paid well for it, considering it is a non-mainstream fetish. I don't think that is totally what you were talking about, but there ya go, lol.

This is crazy!!! I don't know how to react!! I mean you took the "armpit cheesecake squish" and one upped it with the "armhole sushi roll"!!! :D:D:D

Imagine going to this ladies house for a date and asking what is for dinner, "ahh sushi, I like sushi" and then getting presented with this at the table!! As she chats to you about her hopes and dreams in life, while casually rolling up sushi in her armpits!!Would you eat it?? And I wonder if she was serving cheesecake for dessert!!

I just hope it comes with soy sauce and wasabi. The soy sauce would like have been infused with some post-exercise sweat drops (I recommend using low-sodium soy sauce, or it may get too salty). And the wasabi likely didn't get the smoosh treatment.

With the possibility of armpit hair in the cheesecake, I'd ask for an oreo cheesecake.
