Gratitude Jar

As annoying as they are (lol), I'm grateful for my cousin and both uncles that are living with me. Today is another holiday that my parents most likely won't come over. As depressing as that is, my boys and I still have them and I'm so glad they get to have positive male influences in their lives ❤️
 
I am grateful first for all of you that have been so kind and welcoming to me on here XD you guys are awesome and I hope I can convince some of you to see how wonderful you really are. Thank you all gigantic group hug XX lol

To my man ❤ @Dogowar thank you for taking the time to look past the prickly pear and see the flowers within XD. Your kindness and genuine soul give me comfort and safety I haven't had in a long time. Your sense of humor and wit leave me in stitches XD I love you darlin

@Steve1972 thank you for being my best friend. Your way of seeing things gives me clarity and your kind soul gives me hope that maybe not all guys are jerks. And I'm so happy to have found my twinsie XD

I am thankful for my busy days these days after covid I have a greater appreciation for the fact that I still have a job and am healthy enough to do so. It also makes me realize how many people lost their jobs over these times and that I have so much reason to be grateful it was not my destiny. The work keeps me busy from early to late I am tired but it's a thankful tired a good tired a tired that say you have put in a honest day work and earn the pay. I'm also grateful to @Jinxy who understands that now there are days where we can really just say hello and bye but, I'm more grateful that she supports me and stand with me she's just amazing in my opinion. Words can not really describe what I feel but, gratitude comes closest to there.
 
I am grateful for the things and events in my life that have taught me valuable lessons also about what is important and what is not, where to spend my time and where not. The last few months in particular have been a journey that was exhausting at times and where I thought I wouldn't make it but, I did and today I reap the rewards of my perseverance. Yes, I am very grateful.
 
I am grateful to be here this morning to enjoy and appreciate the first rain of spring after coming very close to my end on Monday due to a careless driver with no respect for any road rules and I am grateful that my car just spun around and didn't roll either. Living life to the fullest tomorrow really isn't guaranteed.

I'm thankful you're still with us!
 
I am grateful that I have had the strength not to walk away from some people/situations that I easily could have with good reason. I would never stick around to put up with abuse or disrespect but sometimes going with your gut feeling and seeing the bigger picture when someone else is suffering saves losing a relationship that can be repaired. Saying that, I'm not afraid to walk away either for my own wellbeing if I loved/cherished those memories will stay with me and I can let go of the rest even if at times I would be sad for what was lost.
