I don't know about forgotten, but innumerable times. More like didn't care to, because it was a short, local trip, or I was already not wearing any at home and went out and about locally.

Have you ever eaten breakfast outside in your yard in freezing temps, because you just felt like it and it was sunny/calm?

Have you ever kicked someone out of your home in the middle of the night resulting in them sleeping in their vehicle, because they ignored your request not to do something?
 
No. I don't know if I could do that--I guess it would depend on the circumstances.

Have you ever fed your pet live things and oddly enjoyed watching it? Am I damaged?
 
Not sure if you are damaged. But when people are okay watching a birthing how is that different then a feeding process. You are not being sadistic. You are watching your offspring enjoying their meal. Now playing with their meal and you enjoying that might be creepy a bit. Though that's not the case.

Not a personal pet. School days. Class pet. Feeding her a mouse. Long long time ago. No not enjoyed. Fascinated by their eating habits.

Have you ever shoveled someone else's driveway for entire snow season because you know they have hard time doing it themselves? (Being a good samaritan)
 
Nobody needs that help near me, but I do make sure to keep snow clear and all things accessible for my elderly neighbor. Does that count?

Have you ever burned yourself with hot glue oozing from a hot glue gun?
 
Not a glue gun, but I once used a soldering iron incorrectly and hot metal dropped onto my leg, burn through my tights and has scarred me with a tiny hole.

Have you ever replaced your car battery?
