Have you ever crashed into another bicyclist and you both took a disastrous tumble?

I was once hauling ass (probably 20mph) home from work and this guy on another bike pulled out from between parked cars after the intersection while not paying attention... I slammed full force, no brake, right into his front tire! Ever seen a pretzel? That's what it almost looked like. Both of us weren't hurt.
