I've never played baseball so, No
But I've played Cricket which also involves playing with a bat and a ball and hitting a six is very similar to hitting a home run...the only difference is that you get 6 runs added to the score whereas in baseball you get to complete a single run....so if that counts then, Yes

Yes, I live in a fairly rural area so quite often get to handle wild animals - nothing exciting but things like rabbits, badgers and lots of birds (I once saved a barn owl that had been clipped by the car in front of me!)
