No. We had a psycho neighbor and I let my ex deal with him.

Just throwing this in here that I haven't been to a sitting range but when I was a kid we shot my Pappy's rifles at targets on his property. Isn't that the way it should be?

1st unit I lived in as a real grown up, was 3 buildings in a triangle, 4 units per building. We had number 2. Ground floor building 1. Number 1 was a heroin addict, her son and visitors. 3 was a nerdy guy who played online games overnight with I assume a headset. He was vocal.
4 was a Maori dude and his Mrs. Good people, liked hosting loooong parties.

Yes, a few times, its actually rather common in outback Australia. Some times, it can be 5 years between when it rains, when it did, the whole town would be out dancing in it.
