I have, as a broke kid—small packs of fish food. And inadvertently as an adult, by discovering that a cashier forgot to scan something after leaving the store and not returning, but is that practical theft?

Have you ever had a whole free day planned out, but it started raining and you pissed it all away, even though rain would've interfered only with garden work or run/jog/walk?
 
Yeah. It looked a bit cloudy yesterday, so I did sweet F all other than bake a pie.

I have, on several occasions. Started keeping those cards in hard to get to or otherwise inconvenient spots or compartments.
