Countless times. My brain is littered with that nonsense.
Have you ever returned home from work and you're unmotivated to prepare a meal, so you gran random things (my real example: pinch of sauerkraut, few slices of ham and cheese, small cucumber, maybe a few cherry tomatoes, big leaf of lettuce, few swigs of buttermilk, some blueberries, a strawberry, some sliced almonds) put them in your mouth, eat them as you go through your fridge/etc, then wash everything down with plain water and call it a meal? Maybe you do this semi-regularly? Maybe add some supplement?
