HELP!!!

I've tried everything clear my cache, restart my phone, log out and back on, but I still can't get onto the freechatnow chat interface

it just goes to the same page I was on and nothing is telling me that I did something wrong

I've tried to log in as a user didn't work so idk if I'm banned or not

I don't have any add blockers on and

I have cleared website data

and I am still having this problem so if one of the mods can help me please I would greatly appreciate it and I need a response ASAP

Remove that junk from your profile's Location field—just leave it blank. Save the change and make sure it took effect.

Log out.

Clear cookies.

Log back in *^with only one profile**

Try chat again.

This is an issue some users are experiencing when attempting to enter “new chat” via the homepage. It’s being worked on.

You should be able to access the new chat via this url - https://schat.freechatnow.com/login

New chat won't load for me on Desktop Safari and Chrome, but old chat will load.

Ok so on desktop (borrowing a friends computer for two mins) it works on desktop but on my phone it won't load old chat

Go through the form here as a Guest, but use your login on a different form which new chat serves you.
