What is your go to method to relax when you are stressed out?
depends ...if my "friend" has time for me, I call him haha if not, I go to the gym or come here ooorr read a book
What genre of books do you read?
right now I´m reading "the subtle art of not giving a fuck" haha and I love it!!!
..but I also loved 50 shades of grey and similar ones hehe
My son red the subtle art book or actually I think it was called how not to give a fuck I think.
I read loads and loads sometimes 2 or 3 books at once but normally now audiobooks rather than paper books
yea there are a few with a similar name..I´m reading the one by Mark Manson..
tried audiobooks..but I like the real ones better tbh
It took me a while but audiobooks are good if you get a good narrator
guess I haven´t found a good one yet lol
I do still like paper books but audiobooks you can listen to while walking or driving. Something you can’t do with a paper book
