Open Conversation How do you sleep?

I think this is a question for men: if you have a beard and want to sleep, do you usually cover your beard with the blanket, or do you leave it outside the blanket if you need to pull it up to your face?

As a man with a long bread, i agree with @Casey86. The beard makes a great neck blanket.

To answer the original question. I not like my face cover as I sleep, so my blanket only comes to my chest.

My face stays out from under the covers, unless it gets to cold. Then the covers come up over my head.

I like the bedroom COLD, so the blankets come up to my nose to breathe clearly - the beard is underneath the blanket almost always.

Cool room, cool pillow (will flip every time I "wake up"), mostly sleep on my right side, one hand under my face, one under the pillow, one leg stretched, one knee pulled up. If not too hot, blanket/duvet pulled up to my ear.

Well, that's sooooooo pretty, usually I sleep like a handicapped spider 🕷️....you know :rgunhappy:

Honestly, I've never actually considered my beard when thinking about thermoregulation. I don't keep my fave covered anyway, though, so i'm not sure if it really effects the decision-making.

Cooling blankets are a summer-time lifesaver.
