You don't fix it, because you gotta work with what you got. You supplement it, support it, maintain it and feed it best things you can so it can run at its peak potential, given your unique makeup. For life.

How do you nurse a life-stopping migraine?
 
I take enough meds to sleep for 12 - 18 hours in my bedroom with black out shades drawn and a cool temperature.

How do you deal with anger and betrayal?
 
First think about whether I should deal with any of it, because it entirely depends on a situation. Different types of situations impacting different aspects of my life need different approaches.


How do you know a chicken breast is fully fried?
 
I use a cooking thermometer if there is a bone in, and just by prodding if it’s boneless.

It depends on the situation that I’m in and the people around me. I trust my instincts.

I like it a lot, too much. Black, and caffeinated. But, as I suffer from an inflammatory disease, my doctor advised me to avoid caffeine.

On vacation, i ask the locals. Locally, I have my favourites and I’ll read the reviews.

They're self-organizing, baked into my routines. Incidentals are worked in based on convenience or pushed to another day.
