Never. How often do you think about your gut bacteria crawling and swimming inside of you, causing issues, fixing stuff, eating stuff, making stuff, etc?
I was averaging 4-5 hours sleep 7 days a week, for too long (maybe 2 years). I’m now aiming for 7-8 hours a night and already noticing the benefits. Sleep’s important.
