IMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUIRED!!!!

Ok so I can't get in the chat I am logged in but it won't go to the actual chat I know I'm not banned and when I press the "Agree And Chat" button it just reloads without going onto the chat interface and I have logged out and tried go on as a user but the results are the same when I'm logged in PLEASE FCN RESPONE!!!!

Using two profiles to seem like two people are having an identical issue is really rude and a good at to have your issue ignored.
