    If you use Internet explorer, you will not be able to get into the chat rooms, please use a different browser from now on.

    Internet Explorer is not supported, because Microsoft is done with it.

    There's nothing more implied by this notification. Everything else is irrelevant.

    If chat doesn't work in some web browser, try updating it first to the latest version.
