1. What gets you up in the morning?
2. When you've had enough of a situation, how do you deal with it?
3. When you're happy, what do you do? What's your behavior, your go-to activities and people?
1. Lately...the desire to get out and do something active or creative. In a relationship, it's getting up to make something delicious for breakfast lol. Either way, a desire to rise and seize the day.
2. I've always felt that communication is key to any problem. And honestly it depends on the situation. With close family, friends or in a romantic relationship I'll be sure to be checking my own emotions before going into a potentially volatile conversation or situation. That usually helps me to remain calm even if the other person isn't. I'll try to first address whatever my concern is in a diplomatic and gentle way, seeking first to understand their point of view regarding the issue. I've found that generally speaking there's just a miscommunication error behind whatever is going on and just talking it out and showing that person more love afterwards seems to be pretty effective. There have been a few instances where things just aren't going to work out and then just having to calmly put my foot down and giving an ultimatum (I hate getting to that point.) It takes a monumental amount of something to make me lose my cool. The only exception is for people who are belligerently abusive, disrespecting women or children, or just being disgusting human beings. Then I have no problem calling them out on their shit, intervening in whatever manner necessary, and standing firm. I'm a nice guy but not a bystander type by any means.
3. I feel emotions pretty deeply, so if I'm happy the whole worlds gonna know it haha. I'll be smiling, laughing, joke around, tease and flirt, sing along to music, dance, try to find ways to spread my joy to others, or do something creative or daring, not afraid to look like a fool lol. Just sort of get out there and do something fun and wild! lol I'm a heart on my sleeve kinda guy, so you'll know haha. People; anyone and everyone around me. I love people and seeing everyone smile, usually a friend to everyone. If I see that maybe you're not feeling it I'll come over and see what you need, pull you onto my team and get you involved. Sometimes I feel like a whirlwind, but in a good way.
(This has been an awesome thread to follow btw, I love reading everyone's thoughts and perspectives. There are some really deep thinkers here and I love it.
