An option to hide your location would be appreciated, since it's a bit difficult trying to conversate when everyone knows you're from a third world country. Just a suggestion, an addition to requesting someone's location in case they would want to, along with hiding it until then. I do prefer the old site, how it looked, the friends list, the location settings, notifications/audio, along with how you could have a conversation with someone for hours and still have the messages left untouched, instead of them disappearing if the conversation persists.

Atleast make it so registered users had it like they used to a custom place and maybe even hide the flag. I face certain stereotype based on my country due to it and I'm staying away.
