Yeah I've been having the same issue, I've had an account, but I deleted it some time ago. Could that be the problem and how do we fix it?

You can tell us what the profile name was and we can attempt to make an adjustment.

There was a hotfix by sysadmin at around 2100 GMT.
Things are expected to be back to normal at this time.

Please post in one place if this particular issue resurfaces.
