Try to log in and it says must agree to terms and conditions been chatting here for a long time and can't figure out what to do when this pops up. Help please

It's there..I missed it myself.. Right above where it says by checking this box you agree etc..might not be loading it right but it's there

Chat works best in chrome

In my experience, chat in Chrome exhibits these traits (regardless of whether graphics card processing in chat options is enabled or not):

Input lag
Output lag
Washed-out colors
Blurry text
Jumpy moving sections
Misaligned text/objects

Plus, there's that pesky Google interference.

It's also possible that Chrome is causing for the check box to disappear.
