I actually didn't. I got "banned" for "spamming" gifs even though I sent three different ones with 15 minutes. I already appealed btw because that was stupid but I went to the forums to appeal and saw that my name was changed. Never made that account, never logged into it either

You forgot about it or possibly created it while under influence. Accounts don't magically appear. You manually have to confirm accounts via link in email as well. You also created them both two days apart.
