Just fyi I don't have hotspot feature on my phone right now or I'd try it. Why are we jumping through bullshit hoops though? If FCN doesn't want to fix it so bad I'll stop coming here. Doesn't look like they're giving me much choice does it ha

When I said I tried using my mobile I could only use the web browser on my phone to access the chat with my username and password there and it gives the exact same error.

Maybe that means FCN is not doing it on purpose, but there's clearly something wrong with their site and they don't seem to care that much do they? LOL

It's looking to me more and more like a screen name ban maybe mixed with some other ban features like IP blocks and the sort. If there's any truth to what the admin has said........

One again, I could have been clearer (this is probably why, I never worked a help desk - lol). I didn't mean you necessarily had to use hotspot, just saying how I managed it. What I meant to suggest is that on your phone, make sure your not using your wifi. If wifi is turned on, your phone's browser will connect through the same network path with your ISP. That path is not working for you. Using the cellular connection will give you a different IP address than you get via your ISP and that address may not have the same issue. My IP via my cell carrier's network could log in while my IP via my home ISP could not. If you have already tried that, then I have nothing, sorry.

I'm certain that all the policies made for this site are people's best attempts to make the site better and more secure. Administering an open, free site and keeping abusers away is not easy (not that you're an abuser). Sometimes it might even be imperfect but it is not personal. Stan is a good person.
