One of each that I've listed, would you put in a time capsule?

1 album
1 book
1 item of clothing

To represent this time now?
Hmm..

I'm not much into albums as much as songs themselves..so I'd have to say something that includes this song..

Hard Days By Brantley Gilbert..

Kinda nails this year for me..

For a book I'd include a daily journal..from just an average person seeing the world happen around them and documenting it all..how it felt..the fears and hopes..

For a piece of clothing..I'd have to say a mask..cause it seems that's the thing this year has that just screams 2020..

Not sure that was what you were after but it's all I got ;)

Oh golly...in a time capsule. Like that I would open again in the future, or that strangers would discover and open...how far into the future? Too much to consider.

If it is a time capsule for me to open in 30 years...
Album: Raffi, Baby Baluga.
Book: The Adventures of Ratticus and Custodian. by two little girls I once knew
Clothing item: That is tricky...something that I would look at in 30 years and feel happy to see again...oh...my old hat...time capsule seems like a good solution for what to do with it.

For strangers in 100 years...
Album: I would want something with a strong theme of love and peace...maybe Paul Simon's, Surprise...I'm not sure really
Book: Candide, by Voltaire or The Fourth Bear, by Jasper Fforde (I hope satire will still bring people joy 100 years from now)
Clothing item: A hand woven silk kimono (I hope this art will never die)

To anyone who wants to answer:

How has your body image changed over time? Are you comfortable in your skin? What do you appreciate about your body and what do you dislike? Do you feel pressure to look a certain way? Do you feel your own concepts of beauty for yourself and others is shaped by societal norms?

I love this question. Thank you for asking it. Frankly, I dont believe anyone is ever comfortable in their own skin.. yet thats just me. My body is my body, and I never like it, but its what I have. Annnnnd I flaunt that shit! I've always felt preassure to look a bit skinnier, or have less fat, but at the end of the day, I am the only one who can make that change. So why not just work with what I have? I see all these skinnier people and think, "woah, what if I look liked that?" Yet, when I go back and think, I retract that sentence and know every body is beautiful, in every way. Not everyone might like it, but eh, its yours, not theirs. Flaunt what you have, people! You all are absolutely gorgeous!❤️

Junior Mints, popcorn, and a blanket. I’m all set as long as I have those. ;) I’m not one to watch movies over and over....except for the 007 movies! And if I’m in the mood for a chick flick, P.S. I Love You is a fav. Especially when Gerard Butler dances in his undies. :D
All great stuff
