Could admin, or, website programmer please create a chat room for sports chat? There is a great need for this, as (mostly men), love to talk sports of all kinds. Giving them a room to talk about sports to their heart's content, they would be in man cave heaven! lol :p Tyvm for your consideration.:D:cool:

This is not a "chat room" idea. It's a profile page idea. Could the powers that be, please consider placing an add image option to our profile pages? So, we can share images, photos with people we are chatting with on our own profile pages?

I've already had a situation that having this ability would have been helpful. Another chatter wanted to see my avatar image as I found it, in black and white. The image you see here now as my avatar, has been colorized by hand by me.

Now, this isn't a room request, but I am wondering, would it be possible to get a 'sarcasm' emoji included in the emoji list.

I could seriously get a lot of use from that one in particular.

What about the seasonal room for discussions on weather or even things like seasons or such great place to talk about dishes and traditions?
 
... yeah but with only 3 people shouldnt we add a more generalized listing?
Also some people dont get what the lounge is for example I have been on here for 5+ years and just learned that was for casual chat..l Why didnt it just get named casual chat?
 
Why do people need an explanation for what a lounge is?

Yes, its me again, serious question this time and no, again, its not actually about new rooms but rather, the possibility of a new feature for chat rooms.

On the old format chat, once you logged in, you had the ability to temporally change your nick-name which was rather handy when role playing.

Being able to change 'Lakeside' to say, as an example, 'Belle Starr' when playing her character in a role play really would help set the tone for the play time. I do realise that the linkage these days to the forum would add complexity to that but if one never asks, one is not likely to find out. I'd guess it would have to be more along the lines of changing displayed name than an actual change of nickname as I know, that isn't possible.

Well, that was my guess. I am sure, had the facility been included in the software, admin would have enabled it.

It was simply something to possibly keep in mind for future upgrades.

Username changes at will are a problem. It invites people to harass other users by just changing the username after a victim has ignored them, that's why it's not enabled.

No one ever harasses me. I sorta feel like the black sheep.

The closest I get is they may attempt it, but with my literary talent, I cut their fucken hearts out before they can say 'WTF?'

Ah well, c'est la vie in chat. (Such is life - translation provided for ban avoidance for using foreign languages)

Also The new trivia room has now seem to add more trivia topics thanks you much for that room love it when I am on!
Definitely a huge plus just wish more people logged in on it!
