New vs old chat

I have actually supported new chat since we have been forced over there. That being said, that I can remember, this never happened with old chat and I imagine it will sour many members who were already frustrated with the forced move. If it wasn't ready then why were we all forced over there all ready. I understand and know its a server error already and your working on it. I just don't understand that.

Thank you for replying. Since you are then I can only assume you are part of the support team. Atleast towards the last many months we didn't have any that wasn't scheduler and we had new chat to fall back on. So can you explain the forced move when we had a built in solution? Thank you so very much for your time and I'll keep an eye out for your response.
 
Old server was down countless times. It's normal for servers with a constant streaming load of data.
