When I try to login to chat with my account it shows an error-

disconnected from server by server

not authenticated.

I also have this problem, help would be greatly appreciated. I've confirmed my email, logged out and back in, logged in on a different device, and still I get the same message as soon as I enter chat.

Were you ever able to log in using the other account?

Try clearing cookies and cache. Try a different internet connection?
