Ok, some feedback regarding the new chat.
Gripe number 1. It takes far too long and its far too complicated to set personal preferences. Yes, I know it remembers settings unless like me, you have your browser set to 'clear history and cookies on exit'
Gripe number 2. Pm's (multiples) list out of sight on the task bar and again, its a major hassle to find the one you want.
Gripe Number 3. The old chat has options regarding PM accessibility. One could easily disable all PM's, those from Guests, Males, Females, Others with ease.. or have it set so 'friends only' could PM.
Gripe number 4. The constant disconnects, averaging 3 every half hour where as the old chat, I cant remember the last time it disconnected, at least a year ago.
Gripe Number 5. Having to log in twice. With the old chat, once logged into the forum, it accessed the chat without a second log in.
Ok, some positives:
Font colour selection is easy with good options.
Pics and gifs can be minimised to just the tiniest of icons
Pm's show what chat room they originated from so you have some idea what it will be regarding before looking enabling you to prioritise who gets the interest first.
