I do see that you've logged in as a guest only. It sounds like you have some browser issue. Try clearing all cookies/cache and trying to log into chat after that. You could try a different browser as well.
What type of connection are you using? WiFI/cellular?
What sort of device?
Which browser?
Private or normal mode?
I'm using Firefox and it was working fine until you guys chose not to update the old system and chose a defective new system...........

Ditch Firefox for FCN chat. Mozilla screwed up their browser over a year ago. Performance has greatly diminished and there's now a ton of bugs in Firefox.
Use the native browser, it'll work best.
