Post Limits?

I've experienced that. It actually increases if you are doing multiple posts. I did a thread in Literature thread. 1st post, no issues, 2nd post, 'wait 8 seconds', third post 'wait 15 secs' forth post, 'wait 30 seconds', fifth post, 'wait 45 seconds', sixth post, 'wait 1 min'
 
I'm going to bring up 'limits' of another sort.

Just how sexual are we allowed to be on the forum? I've posted an excerpt from a novel I am working on and it does get vividly sexual in the next chapter. I have no idea of the age limits on the forum and as FCN has a 14+ chat room, I think this post would take it beyond what I believe any 14yo should be exposed to.
 
I feel like we have to leave the sexual energy in the hookups forum. That is at least what I have gotten out of this.
 
I'm not after hook ups though. I'll wait before posting any more in the literary section till I hear from one of the boss people.
 
The limit is a good thing. You'll thank us when you're neck deep in bots trying to sell you shitty health supplements. It isn't a chat room. You want rapid fire, use the chat. Let's not try and treat this like it's supposed to run at the kind of pace where you make a whole separate post just to say "lol." It should take you 45 seconds to write a reasonable post anyway.

I guess I'm the worst offender for being long-winded. Most of my posts almost need chapter markers. (A few in fact did)

I'm a writer. I'm at my happiest when doing 'ma thang', the fingers dancing joyfully across the keyboard in a crescendo of literary eloquence.

EDIT: Well, 2nd happiest. I can think of 1 thing that makes me happier.
 
I didn't know there was a prerequisite for length to posting in the forums. Most of these threads are an off-chat conversation between people that don't require a long diatribe of information to be relevant.
 
It's not a requirement, I'm just side-eyeing short-posters really hard and I'm not sorry if you get a "please wait 45 seconds" if you try to post "lol."
