I feel this as well, we can do it, one day at a time!Sober for almost five years now…
Sometimes wonder if it’s worth the effort…
There are days I think I’ve truly changed & those when I think it’s just a ruse.
Days when my mind is clear as a bell and days when I can’t get out of my own head.
Some days I wanna make it til the next morning and start over. And then there’s days when I think…”why not just have one drink?”
Ahh this mind of mine does make me wonder/wander at times.
Just my thought for the minute. I wonder if anyone else here has similar sentiments?
Now that is something I would NEVER put out there! I personally already struggle at times with self image….i sure as hell don’t need to take a beating from anyone else! I do enough of it to myself!

Thank you dear! I am good and I do take it k e day at a time. I just have these little gnats that fly around in my brain from time to time trying to agitate me! Lol
I just now realized who you are, darlin!! It’s been a long time since the OG days when so many of us had so much fun in the chat rooms. The rooms just don’t seem to be the same as they were then.
I took a long break from FCN and I’m working on navigating it now and creating a space of my own while trying to respect spaces at the same time! It’s definitely a work in progress! Haha.

lol I changed from Alexa to Lexi a while ago. To many stupid jokes drove me insane. There are lots of us that no longer hag here. I miss a bunch of people. Also trying to see wear I fit into this new world. It’s always changing on us.Thank you dear! I am good and I do take it k e day at a time. I go in from time to time to find good pics or gifs, but I rarely engage with anyone there. It’s great to reconnect with you again! I enjoy the lightheartedness and banter that goes on without everything being sex, sex , sex! Don’t get me wrong! I’m a guy and I love it! lol. But I also enjoy the lightheartedness and low key stuff too!
