Like others have said, it really depends. What has gone on before, how is she using her tongue and mouth on me, did I really get worked up and nearly orgasm from foreplay before, have I had an orgasm recently? I can last a bit longer if I have orgasmed somewhat recently, but if a woman gives me a blowjob and I have not orgasmed in a while then it probably isn't going to take me long. Also if I'm intently watching her, I probably won't last too long haha.

Should it matter whether someone has a cognitive disability or not? I don't think most people are knowledgeable enough to recognize if someone has a disability. They just think they're weird, or annoying, or attention-seeking, etc.

Someone who will guide you with patience to fully discover yourself. Someone who encourages you to confront and embrace even those dark places in you. What if the words you spoke attached themselves to you? Every positive or negative thing you said, whether justified or not, became part of you? And when people saw you they didn't see your physical appearance, but what you say to others? Would you be attracted to someone like yourself? Would you want to be friends with someone that treats people the way you do?
