- How many times in your life has this happened to you. And you lost a relationship because the person had no filter and did not breathe and think things through first?
- How many times have you been that person and your bitter tongue led the way? Hard to take back once it’s out there. Ouch. And often irreparable.
- Choose differently today.

Wow. I was off for a few days and I missed all the excitement. Thankfully.

Im having a hard time lately. Trying different things. Life is tough. Remember we are all fighting something.

Cognitive defusion, how to stop overthinking. Our minds are word machines, constantly presenting us new thoughts, some that are positive but many that are negative. If we can take a step back and create space between us and our thoughts, we can consider each thought, asking if it is a good, productive thought, or a bad, unhelpful thought. We can become a consumer, deciding which thoughts to buy and which ones to reject. We might even say "Thank you for thought, brain, but I am not buying that one."
