I watched a video today on IG and it broke me, made me teary eyed for a while. A small kid lost his life for an accident caused by someone recklessly driving. I can't begin to imagine how the family will ever cope. Heart broken.

It's too easy to let past hurts rear up and hurt deeper, the trick is to put them back in a box and count the blessings you have today. If the blessings today outweigh the hurts of the past you know you are doing ok.

its shitty being second choice but its fine and all over with now. and I should have known better in the first place. (last night was just me being oversensitive I think)

Always make sure you tell your loved ones that you love them daily because they can be taken away so fast. I lost my mom already and I could have lost my sister this morning due to the car crash she had on her way to work, thankfully she's okay but again it's scary and anyone can be gone at any time.
