I finally told my boss that I am not being challenged nearly enough.
I’ve been here for nearly 10 years. I’m a senior engineer who has historically rejected any type of advancement into management.
It’s the most natural next step for me though. I guess I’m NOT content just doing this thing till I retire.

I have had artist block for a couple weeks, but I finally snatched an idea out of my tornado brain, and I have started on it. My take is that it sounds rough + ready, the word GANG is often associated with crime + violence. And all types of people, a wide range, like to get together and smash the bejesus out of another.
My alternatives, so far ( please feel free to add more ) are: COMBANG - community. TRIBEBANG - likeminded.. COHBANG - cohort. PODBANG - in the aqua....
Or..... was that last zoot a little too much?
