The last part of your post, that assumption is wrong from my pov at least. I mean why a guy would want a hole in their mattresses just to pretend that they are fucking? It's not enjoyable, not cool, I find it awkward as fuck and difficult. On the other hand I've never tried it so maybe I'm wrong.
