I’ve been seeing a lot of World Cup visitors in the US saying they were surprised by things like free drink refills and free chips and salsa at restaurants. Is that something that surprised you too, or is it pretty normal where you’re from?

No free refills here outside of pizza hut that I've seen.
Restaurants will give you bread, poppadoms, crackers etc before your meal usually
I think subway had one free refill once but pretty sure its gone
I think you’d enjoy the ridiculous number of toppings they have. Definitely an experience.
