This is true. My history interests are somewhat specific, and I have rarely had someone with similar interests to go with!

I like ones with lots of interactive things
The military museum has a big diorama where you can walk through a trench and pretend you’re in the middle of a battle
Sound effects and flashing lights and whatnot
That’s cool
Yeah, that sounds much more intriguing than staring at plain text or images on a wall !
Most people need that sort of interactive stuff to really learn.
