225! Jesus my man I'm for cutting I've read/found 0.8-1 of gram is enough. Obviously I've had more than that a day but that's the minimum I try and retain.
I'm not overly strong but I've a comfortable 110kg ATG Squat at 76kg. I need to work on it more.
@Male_uk @Ehcanuck - @xyzrp and myself request to see them quads, hams and glutes to evaluate if those squats are being done right.
