My dream last night:
I'm driving down the highway and something doesn't seem right... Road is curving to the left and right far too often, colors of everything are off, lane markings are inconsistent and the car doesn't seem so respond to steering input—like there's delayed response.
So I start suspecting that I'm dreaming and start steering erratically, but the car isn't going out of control, I'm not leaving my lane or hitting any other cars... I decide for sure that I'm dreaming and wake up a moment later.
When I wake up, I find myself in a ditch, off the highway, against the train tracks and the train has derailed, and tipped over. There's a bunch of people coming down the embankment from the highway—camera man and a guy with microphone, a photographer taking pics of me, other people making their way carefully down the slope...
I'm trying to figure whether I lost consciousness in an accident, or fell asleep, or wtf... I'm moving around all my limbs, shoulders, fingers, feeling my head for injuries. No injuries.
I start gathering my shit to take with me, because I know the car isn't going anywhere, my phone has a few missed calls, some guy walks from the front to the back of the car, saying "Yeah, we already know, we know."
Outside in the left side some dude is handing me a power bank, I take it and place it on the dash, asking "What is this for?" The guy says "We're trying to blah blah, mumble..." I say "What?" He replies with the same bullshit. I ask again "Huh?" Again he replies with the same bullshit. I get annoyed and tell him "I can't understand wtf you're saying. You're mumbling. Can you speak clearly, mother fucker?"
And I wake up for real at that moment.
I was thinking about this dream all day.
