Should I be worried

I got disconnected from the server in the middle of a chat with the message "logged in from another session" which was odd since i had been logged in for 10 or so minutes and only on one device.
What gives that message and was it just a glitch or should i be worried someone is hacking me?

change your password.
you might have logged in to chat from two tab..

No, it was all you from the same device and browser.

If you ever think someone has gotten ahold of your login, anywhere, on any website, always change the password.
