Spamming question/complaint

So I'm talking to 5 people in different PMs, only- not in main rooms. I get a warning that I'm spamming and going to be muted. I wait a minute, post one message to one person, and get muted for a minute, even though my total messages are all in private and like one a minute for each individual. But I wait anyway, and once it's up I post one picture, and instantly get muted for 10 minutes.

1) That's not spamming, each of the people I'm talking to gets like 1 message per minute max
2) Why does talking to multiple people in PMs effect whether you're spamming at all
3) Even so why isn't it messages per each chat area instead of all rooms combined?
4) What is the point of going from 1 minute mute to 10 minutes if you post at all when the 1 minute is up?

I find this very frustrating. PMs shouldn't count at all, and even if they do, it should be your post frequency inside one room, not your post frequency across all the different convos you are having.

If you sent identical, repetitive text, URL's or contact info, anti-spam system will see it as spam.
