False. I never go to depths of the ocean.

Incorrect. In the morning, your liver dumps a bunch of sugar into your blood stream so you have energy to move. Your blood sugar spikes just from you waking from sleep. More sugar/carbs is the last thing you need. Eat protein and fats in the morning to elevate metabolism.

How? It's just fructose and glucose. Pretty much 100% sugar substance, not counting the water. You're feeding the bad bacteria in your digestive system with sugar.

Last time I checked, honey can contain bacteria and sugar is a magnet for viruses/bacteria.

Honey itself is an allergen, full of pollen and potentially bacteria.

Your liver and kidneys, as well as sweat action flushes toxins. Sugar overload is toxic.

How does sugar hydrate the body?

I hope you're not paying for pseudoscience.
You know what. I like my sugar, I like my honey. Bada bing Bada boom.

So does everybody else, that's why we have so many unhealthy people and a completely fucked up health care system. There's absolutely zero need for sugar and other simple carbs in human diet. Carbs we eat are already converted to sugar by our bodies.
