Feedback Unable to authenticate red banner

Hi

I am logged into my account and am able to get through to the first login section of chat no problem. When I get to the new chat's login page it shows a red banner Unable to authenticate. The site was fine when I last logged in 10pm uk time 14-07 so not sure what the issue is. Can someone help

There was a hotfix by sysadmin at around 2100 GMT.
Things are expected to be back to normal at this time.

Please post in one place if this particular issue resurfaces.
